(3) And easy as that, you have completed your Blogger account. However, there are many more features you should check out. You can still upload a photo, update your profile and add personal information. You can create your own blog (Blogger will guide you through this with a clear step-by-step process), and you can explore and follow any of the many other blogs on the site

Actually the story is that i apply for adsense using doctoc but my application was disapproved because of not enough content. After this whenever I go to www.google.com/adsense , the application form appears which means that i have to apply again.
